Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can of No Salt French Style Green Beans, undrained
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can of No Salt Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, undrained
  • 1 (46.0 oz.) can tomato juice
  • 3 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 3 cups celery, chopped
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 tbsp. onion, diced
  • 1 (4.0 oz.) can stems & pieces mushrooms, undrained
  • Salt & pepper to taste


In a large saucepan combine tomato juice, cabbage, celery, bouillon cubes and onion. Over medium heat, cook for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Add mushrooms, beans, corn, salt, and pepper; cook until heated thoroughly.

Makes 6 - 8 servings
