Vegetable Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (8.00 oz.) can of Sliced Carrots, drained
- 1 (14.50 oz.) can of Cut Green Beans, drained
- 1 (8.75 oz.) can of Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
- 6 oz. uncooked Rotini pasta
- 1 (2.5 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 cup low-calorie Italian Dressing
- 1/3 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/3 cup red pepper, diced
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl; add pasta and toss to coat. Chill up to 2 hours before serving.
Makes 6 - 8 servings
