Hot & Spicy German Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can of German Potato Salad
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small onion, cut into thin slivers
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook, stirring often until tender, about 10 minutes. Add potato salad and crushed red pepper; heat 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in parsley and salt.
