Cool Bean Salad
Ingredient
- 1 (15.5 oz.) jar or (15.0 oz.) can of 3 Bean Salad, drained
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp. parsley, minced
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Heat together vinegar, sugar, and onion; cool and add oil. Pour over remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours before serving.
