Asparagus & Mushroom Salad


Ingredients

  • 1 (8.0 oz.) can of Asparagus Cut Spears, drained
  • 1/4 cup canned sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 tbsp. sliced almonds


Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix well. May be served warm or cold. Microwave 1 - 2 minutes or refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
