As the largest processor of fruits and vegetables in this country, we are committed to producing a quality product at an affordable price. From our first days in 1949 where we began by producing one product, concord grape juice, we have maintained this dedication to our customers in both product and service excellence.

Today, within the course of our processing season, we manufacture over two billion cans and frozen bags of product which represents over five billion servings. That equates to enough product to feed each person on Earth one serving per year. Seneca supplies product to almost every U.S. Retailer and Foodservice account through strategic partnerships in Store Brands and Foodservice, and to 85 countries abroad via export channels. We further offer an extensive selection of market-leading products under our own brand names.

Seneca is a fully integrated producer, having made significant investments in facilities and technologies to enhance manufacturing processes, increase line speeds, and guarantee premium quality. We are involved in multiple aspects of agribusiness, from developing crop seeds and growing crops to manufacturing our own cans and processing finished goods. Our geographically diverse processing plants and breadth of operations assure our customers that we possess the critical resources and means to deliver. Seneca Fleet Operations provides added flexibility to deliver orders, especially during peak seasons, holidays, transportation strikes, etc.

Although not a part of the overall processing operations, Seneca Flight Operations is a division of Seneca Foods that supports the travel needs of Seneca employees and offers executive air charter service, aircraft maintenance, and management of Penn Yan/Yates County Airport.
